City records show Orville D. Tyacke, 327 Wells Gray
Place, New Westminster, V3L 3H4, as being the owner of the
above dwelling. On receipt of a complaint from the tenant of
the dwelling, | inspected the dwelling with Heaftth Inspector
Steve Martin and found the following. Severe rot: has set in
the roof area of.the front. porch at the columns and in the
stairs, creating an unsafe condition due to the danger of very
possible collapse. The wood at the ‘perimeter of the foundation
appears to be rotted, causing .settlement and, in turn, :
dislteveling and malfunctioning ‘of. the plumbing system. .The
roof has numerous leaks..through the ceiling membrane.

“Would. you bring..this matter to City Council that a
demolition order be issued on this dwelling.
