No person shall drive or. operate a motor vehicle upon ea highway within the City at a greater rate of speed than: (a) 10 km/h upon Lions Way; i 10 km/h upon the lane West of Shaughnessy Street. from Marpole Avenue to Elgin Avenue; ii 10 km/h upon the lane situated West of Sefton Street, East of Vincent . >, Street, between Selisbury Avenue and-Dorset Avenue; iv. 10 km/h upon the lene situated East of Flint Street From Coquitlam Avenue to Suffolk Avenue. -, 20 km/h: upon any lane not exceeding 8 meters in width except as. provided in clause (a) of this Section; upon Roselynn. Way; upon Tina Wey; upos Une Way. 30 km/h applicable to trucks while travelling on. that portion ‘of Mary Hill. Road lying between ‘Pitt River Road and the Fraser River. 40 km/h upon’ that portion of Cornwall Street lying between Preirie Road and Lombardy Drive South. . : 40 km/h upon. that portion of Finley Street lying between Prairie Road end: Lombardy Drive South. 60..km/h upon Kingsway Avenue from.Tyner Street to the point. where the Southwesterly production of the Southeasterly boundary of Lot 2, Plan 10150 would cross Kingsway Avenue. 50 km/h upon all the other highways within the City. Section 1 hereof shall not apply to. any portion of a highway. where the Minister of Highways has caused a sign to be erected or placed limiting the rate of speed of motor vehicles driven or operated on that portion of the highway. .
