A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zonilug By~law,

1979,.No. 1651".

The Munfcipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

“Coquitlam, in open meeting, assemblad, enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map. of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan,

being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning. By-law, 1979,

No. 1651" is amended by removing the: Zone Designation of .RM-1 assigned

fo:

Lot "B" and Lots 3, 4, 5, and G, Block 23, District Lot 464,

Group One, Plan 2240, New Westininster District;

and assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4 to the said property.

2. This. By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1961, No.

1860".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-first

day of September, 1981.

Read a second. time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-first

day of September, 1981.

Public Hearing held this Fifth day of October, 1981.
