The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coqudtiam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Couneil Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Mall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 13th, 1981 at
7:30 p.m. to cousider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City ef Port
Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979, No. 1651":

By-law No. 1830: to rezone

Parcel "D", Reference Plan 2032, of Fractional Sections 18

and 19, Block 6, North Range One East and of Lot 231, Gronp

One, except ,

Firstly: ‘parcel 1, Reference Plan 6040, and

Secondly: Part subdivided by Plan 24,387, from A-l to M-l,
This property is approximately 15 acres in size and is Located
at 1485 Coast Meridian Road, . The rezoning procedures are being
undertaken to allow the use of the property as a distribution
centre and lumber wholesale yard. It is anticdpated that ep.
60,000 sq.ft. warehouse building with office facilities witl
be constructed on the site following completion of ‘the rezoning
procedures.
A copy of the proposed By-law my be inspected in the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 8:30 a.m. to ‘4:30 P-m. - on working days ~-from April 2nd to April

13th, 1981.

All persons who deom their interest in property affected by the

proposed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public”

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
