The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October 20th; 1980
at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. "1651".

By-law No.. 1779: to rezone Lots 305, 312, and 321, District Let

255, Group One, Plan 59820, New Westminster District, from RS—1 to. RT-1.

These. lots have the civic addresses of 1937/39 Leacock Street,
1920/22 Warwick Avenue, and 1922/24 Marshall Avenue, respectively,

and are located in a new subdivision of property ‘on Marshall Avenue and’

“Warwick Avenue just, east of Pite River Road. It 1s expected that the

lots that are the subject of the rezoning .will have duplex dwellings

constructed thereon. SO

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City
Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from October 9th to
October 20th, 1980. |

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in-the By-law.
