Schedule "B" of the By-law is further amended by inserting, bacween

section "2," and "4." thereof, the following as section "3,":

"3, Location of "NO RIGHT TURN" Signa: -

At the southwest corner of the lane behind Western Drive

where it intersects Elinor Crescent so as to prohibit traffic
from turning right from the said lane onto Elinor Crescent,"
the newly numbered section 2 of Schedule "B" of the By-law is amended
inserting, following clause (b) thereof, the following as clause (c):
"(c)} On Elinor Crescent adjacent to the south end of the lane
behind Yestern Drive so as to prohibit traffic turning left
from Elinor Crescent onto the said: Jane." ,

8. This By~law,shall be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation

By~law, 1971, No. 1117, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1721",
