THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM LAND USE CONTRACT SCHEDULE * Legal description of the land herein: Lot 4, District Lots 231, 255, and 384, Group One, Plan 11613, New Westminster District THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM LAND USE CONTRACT SCHEDULE _"B" Strata Tital units for Industrial Use constructed in accord with the plans arnexed hereto, which said Plans form part ef this Schedule. Subject to the provisions of this Land Use Contract and to the "Strata Titles Act" of the Province of British Culucbia, the develop~ ment, use and subdivision of the land and the buildings thereon as a strata subdivision pursuant to the provisions of the said "Strata Titles Act" way be permitted. Except as otherwise provided in this Land Use Contract the above noted use shall be permitted to the limit and extent provided in Part VII of the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" a3 in force on January 31st, 1977 as if the said use was occurring on Property zoned M-1 (General Industrial) under the said Zoning By-law. A copy of the said Part VII is annexed hereto and forns part of this Schedule. All buildings and structures shall be constructed strictly in compliance with the provisions of this Land Use Centract and: (a) All building and structural Plans shall be subject to and shall receive the approval of the Council to be expressed by resolution prior to the issuance of any building pernic; aad further Minor alterations to the plans so approved by the Council tay be permitted and approved by the Building Inspector.
