The Committee recommends to Council as follows: (1) The City accede to the request contained in Mr.-Marr's letter dated September 2nd, 1975. . (2) The City re juest that Mr. Marr take the initiative in drafting and securing the required agreement between the District of Coquitlam and the City. - (3) The City request that the flood boxes be designed to incorporate future pumping facilities.
