Re: Summer Meeting Schedule

Attached is a 1975 Vacation Schedule of the Council Members and Senior Staff
members most concerned with Council Meetings, and below is a Council meeting
schedule that could be adopted that follows the usual practice of meeting every
other week during the months of July and August. Provision is made for holding

The schedule works out as follows:

June 30th ~ meeting as usual

July 7th - no meeting

July 14th - meeting as usual

July 21st - no meeting

July 28th ~ meeting as usual .
August 4th (Statutory Holiday)- no meeting
August llth — meeting as usual

August 18th - no meeting

August 25th — meeting as usual

September Ist (Statutory Holiday) ~ no meeting
September 8th - meeting as usual,

Resume regular weekly schedule,

If Council are in agreement with the above noted schedule a resolution approving
of it would be in order,
