A aew plusding systen vould be required ro meet the present Code, 4. The electrical systen is obsolete and unsafe. A new electrical system would be required to meet the present Code, 5. Access to the top floor is inadequate and unsafe, Proper access should be included as sare of a Tenovation and this would Probably necessitate Structural changes, 6. The general outside and inside condition of the building has dekeriorated to sa unsatisfactory and unsafe degree.
