RE: S.P.C.A. Budget

Attached is a copy of a letter from Mr. Hosegood conveying the 1974 Budget
In accordance with our agreement with the &.P.C.A.

requests for the S.P.C.A.

we are required to approve this by September 30th.
the basis of our Provisional Budget for 1974,

These figures then become

Alderman Traboulay had requested that an Intermunicipal meeting be arranged
to make sure that all municipalities were in agreement with the Budget before :
proceeding, however, this has not been possible due to the Council activities

during the month of September.

The other two municipalities are therefore

being asked to approve the Budget as presented and will be considering it this

week. An Intermunicipal meeting is

still planned with Mr. Hosegood and Council

may wish to approve the Budget subject to review with Mr. Hosegood by the Committee

ef Council.
