City of Port Coquirlaa.
WHEREAS pursuane to Subsectioa (15) of Section 513 of the "Munictpal
Act”, being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of 3rieish Colunadia, 1960 anj
amenduents thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to
traffic a highway or any portion of a highway;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Fort Coquitlam deens it desirable and expedient that certain portions of
highvay hereinafter described he stopped up and closed to traffic;
NOW THEREFORE the Muntetpal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. All that portion of lane as shown on Plan 12613, Distriet Lot 464,
Group One, New Wectninszer District, in the City of Pore Coquitlanm as shown
outlined red on the Plan antached hereto ts hereby stopped up and cloned to
traffic.
2. this By-law nay be cited for a13 purposes as the “Lane on Plan 12613,
District Lot 464 Road Closure By~law, 1973, Ne. 1241".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Thirtiech day of
Apeil, 1973.
Read # second time by the Municipal Council this Thireieth day of
April, 1973.
Read a third tine by the Municipal Council thie Thirtieth day of
April, 1973.
