Three days have been set aside for the trial, and it will be held in Stewart court. Information laid on evidence collected by Terrace conservation officer Peter Kalina alleges that Westmin illegally introduced efflu- ent containing elevated levels of zinc into creeks in the area of the mine. Two of the charges allege introduction of an industrial waste into the environment, and 13 allege . m8 violations of Westmin’s waste management permit.
