SUBJECT: Sale of City Property - 1600 Block Angelo Avemee

Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes, nor are they
reserved or dedicated, now therefore be it resolved that:

Parcel 4 (Bylaw Plan 68320), Except Part Subdivided by Plan
71034, Plan 20844, District Lot 480, Group One, New
Westminster District, Port Coquitlam BC be sold to Golphis
Restaurants Ltd. for the sum of $2,146.00, the price established
by Council on August 26, 1991.

And that The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the documents necessary for the
purpose of the aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

The City is currently in the process of a Road Exchange, as shown on the attached map;
however, the City owns a 7.62 m_ parcel which is required to consolidate the property.

The strip of land was originally created to prevent vehicle access to Angelo Avenue. Vehicle
access to Angelo Avenue will now be prohibited by way of a Restrictive Covenani.
