Moved by Alderman Talbot: Seconded by Alderman Gordon: That the consolidating subdivision plan of property located at the southwest corner of McAllister Avenue and Maple Drive in District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District, included in the Agenda documents for the Council Meeting of January 6th, 1992, prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., and dated December 17th, 1991, wherein Lot "A" having an area of 0.2937 ha is created and City-owned property in the area is dedicated as “Lane”, he approved; And That the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purposes aforesaid, affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto, and make the necessary filings in the Land Title Office.
