The Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the hearing can be fully considered. > In order to preserve the judiciai nature of the procedure it is not possible for further representations from the public to be received now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
