SCHEDULE ”A”

TABLE OF COSTS

The following charges should be in accordance with the labour contract of the Party
that supplies the resources and shall commence at the time the vehicles are
dispatched and continue until returned to quarters.

(a) Overtime or callout time.

(b) Repair or replacement costs for damage or loss of vehicles and related equip-
ment attached or related thereto. .

(c) Repair or replacement costs for damage or loss of hand equipment, tools,
appliances, electronic equipment, ladders, clothing, etc. and use of materials.
