Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lots 7, 9, 10 and 1l District Lots 174 & 289 Group 1 Plan 9069 New Westminster District; are hereby rezoned from A~-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment ) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2.
