Carried. REPORTS: From the City Engineer, January 12th, 1989 regarding Request for Signalization and Crossing Guards on Prairie at Toronto and Regina Respectively. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: 1. That a crosswalk be established on Prairie Avenue west of Toronto Street and that the estimated cost of ยข600 for this work be funded from the 1989 Unallocated Public Works Capital Budget. That No Parking at Anytime Restrictions be imposed on the north side of Prairie Avenue for a distance of 15 metres east of Toronto and Regina Streets. That No Parking at Anytime Restrictions be imposed on the southside of Prairie Avenue for a distance of 15 metres west of Regina Street. That the Traffic Regulations Bylaw be amended to reflect the foregoing recommendations. Carried.
