SUBJECT: Sale of City Land - 1922 Mary Hill Road

RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinatter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW. THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 255, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan 54072, New
Westminster District, being 1922 Mary Hill Road, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. be solid to Edwin Feragen and Efleen

Feragen, 2848 Mariner Way, Coquitlam, 8.C. at or for ,the
price or sum of $32,050.00;

The adjustment date be June 30th, 1986, or eartier;
The possession date be June 30th, 1986, or earlier;

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents
necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto;

BACKGROUND ANO COMMENTS:

When the time for receipt of tenders for the above noted
property closed at 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 22nd, 1986 only
the one tender had been received. Counc! members will recal|
that the "upset price" on this property was $31,500.00.
