Engineer's July 10th, 1985 memorandum wherein a Right of Way fs
granted by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam over a portion of Lot 2,
District Lot 463, Group 1, Plan 69169, New Westminster District as
outlined on the Right of Way Plan be and the same Is hereby
approved; |

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized +o
