A Bylaw to provide for the adoption
of a capital expenditure programme. MAY 7 198%

WHEREAS Section 266 of the uMunicipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revised
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before the fifteenth day
of May in each year The Council shall cause to be prepared and adopt by bylaw A
capital expenditure programme for a period of not less than five years, showing
estimates of the proposed source and application of funds for capital purposes
for each year oft the programme;

NOW THEREFORE +he Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts. as fol lows:

Schedule "A" +o this Bylaw shall be the capital expenditure programme of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam for the years 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987,
1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993.

The general expenditure programme contained in Schedute "A" shall remain in force
and effect until a new capital expenditure programme is adopted in the year 1985.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Capital Expenditure Programme
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2038". ;

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this 14th day ot May, 1984.
