NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal. Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers,. Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, April ll, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider the following, proposed bylaw to amend the .
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651":

Bylaw No. 1956: to rezone Lot 1, Block "E" of Block 3
District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 10897 , New Westminster
District, EXCEPT the north 66 feet and Lane (Explanatory Plan
14548) thereof from RS=-1 to RT-l.

This property is located at 3443 Oxford Street. ‘and the
rezoning is being undertaken to permit the removal of the single
family residence and the construction. of a duplex. .

A copy of the proposed bylaw “and other relevant ‘documents
may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of .8:30
a.m. -to 4:30 .p.m.,-on regular business days, .from the date of
this Notice until the Public Hearing. ,

Ail persons who deem their interest in property affected by
the proposed bylaw. shall be afforded an opportunity to. be heard -
at the Public Hearing on. matters contained in.the bylaw. ... waa
