(g) Manure may be stored either: (i) in bedded solid form when it shall be stored under cover on an impermeable curbed surface draining into an impermeable liquid storage facility of size adequate to contain all moisture flowing from the maximum quantity of manure store, or in liquid form in an aerobic or anaerobic state where all storage facilities shall be constructed in such a manner as to prevent nutrient transfer to groundwaters and of a size adequate to contain all manure generated on the parcel for the appropriate duration of time as specified in subsection « (£). (h) No swine shall be permitted to be outside any building. 6. This By-law shall not apply to any person who fattens not more than four (4) weaner pigs at any one time provided the buildings and structures housing such weaner pigs are located a minimum distance of ninety (90) metres (295.2 feet) from the nearest dwelling, excluding the dwelling of the owner. 7. Every person who violates any of the provisions of this By-law or whd suffers or permits any, act or thing to be done in contravention or in violation of any of the provisions of this By-law, or who neglects to do or refrains from doing anything required to be done by any of the provisions of this By-law, or who does any act which violates any of the provisions of this By-law, shall be guilty of an infraction thereof and upon Summary Conviction therefor shall be » liable to a fine and penalty not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). 8.
