Lot 5, Block H, District Lot 289, Plan 1763. The subject property is a 33-foot lot adjacent to the South Side Baptist Church. The church purchased this property some time ago and is now requesting rezoning of this property from RS-1 to P-2 in order that the existing parking lot can be extended. RECOMMENDATION: The Plannin, and Zoning Committee recommends that the proposed rezoning be advanced to Public Hearing subject to the following conditions: 1.
