That with respect to the submission to the electors of the "Nature

Area Dedication By-law, 1973, No. 1281":

1. Ronald Arthur Freeman, City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam shall be the Returning Officer.
2. Polling Day shall be held from eight o'clock in the forenoon to eight

o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, November 17th, 1973 at the following

places:
(a) St. Catherine's Anglican Church Hall, 2251, McAllister Averue
(b) Viscount Alexander Elementary Scheol, 3250 Flint Street
i (c) Cedar Drive Elementary School, 3140 Cedar Drive
(d) Mary Hill Elementary School, 1890 Humber Crescent
36 ‘An Advanced Poll shall be held at the place and during the times

specified by By-law No. 956 of the City cited as the "Advanced Poll By-law,

1969, No. 956"; namely, at the City Hall from one o'clock in the afternoon
