Pastor of the Terrace Seventh Day Adventist church submitted a written request to Council for permission to solicit for funds with the aid of loud speaker equipped vehicles. The loud speakers will carry Christmas music. . The canyas is scheduled to begin on December 3 and will he carried out on five separate days. Dates were not clearly defined in the letter of application and Municipal Ceuncil voted to allow the permit, provided it is restricted to a spe- cific five days. The church group will be asked to specify on what five days they intend to employ the canvags. .
