Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are
they reserved or dedicated;

Now therefore be it resolved that:

(a) Lot 11 Except: Part on Highway Plan 65038; District Lots 231 and 232 Group | New
Westminster District Plan 11613;

(b) Lot 12 Except: Firstly: Part on Highway Plan 65038, Secondly: Part Highway See
DF Y79702; District Lots 231 and 232 Group 1 New Westminster District Plan 11613;

(c) Parcel "F" District Lots 231 and 232 Group 1 New Westminster District Explanatory
Plan 69614;

(d) Parcel "G" District Lots 231 and 232 Group 1 New Westminster District Explanatory
Plan 69614;

in Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property
for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or <o reject all of the bids if Council in its
absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate.
