Dear Sir Further to our conversation on January 10, 1992, regarding the possible removal of the boulevard in front of the building supply business property, I do believe you have a sound idea. After discussing this idea with the other staff members we feel this could be a benefit for both the City and Poco Building Supplies. A sidewalk to replace the boulevard would eliminate the maintenance for the City and also help to eliviate the traffic congestion on Mary Hill Road. It would also open up approximately 9-10 feet on the internal side where the boulevard now sits, thereby increasing our customer parking. If this was done, Poco Building Supplies would be willing to pay for the blacktop required to join our present parking lot to the sidewalk. Now that the Provincial Courthouse is slated for the property adjacent to ours, Mary Hill Road will likely be a much busier street than ever before. With this in mind we would be very much in agreement with your: suggestion of the boulevard removal. ; Oo Yours trul R.J. (Bob) Galer
