b. Easure that the portion of land adjacent to the dyke identified in
the Norecol Study is left wadeveloped to preserve the natural habitat
for local wildlife amd enhance public enjoyment of the Poco Trail.

c. In wetland areas close to the riverfront portions recommended for
preservation in its natural state, the timing of construction may be
restricted to minimize impacts on wildlife. The City may require
approval by the Ministry of Environment of works to be carried out in

sensitive areas.

d. Encourage the preservation of mature or significant stands of trees _
within development sites in the Dominion Triangle.

e. Encourage the planting of trees and major vegetation along major
arterial and collector roads throughout the Dominion Triangle.

To promote a safe and efficient transportation system that
provides convenient access to the various areas within and

adjacent to the Dominion Triangle.

Be Comstructicon of new transportation infrastructure will be carried out

in a systematic meammer to ensure orderly development of the Dominion

Triangle. |

b. Access from the Fremont Comnector, Deainion Avenue and Ottawa Street
imto the Dominion Triangle shall be limited.

c. Industrial and Business Parks shall be encouraged to develop their
