BYLAW NO. 2106

A Bylaw to authorize The Corporation
of the City of Pert Coquitian to enter
Into a Newspaper Collection Agreament.

The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Mayor and Clty Clark of The Corporation ot the City of Port Coquitiam are
hereby empowered to sign and enter into, on ‘behalf of the City, that certain
Agreement between The Corporation of the City. of Por? Coquitiam and international

Paper industries Ltd. regerding the col lection
the 2nd day of July, 1985 until the 1st day of July, 1990 upon the terms and
conditions set forth In the sald Agreament annexed hereto and marked Schedule "A"

to this Bylaw.

This Byiaw may be cited for all purposes os the "Hewspaper Recycling Agreement
Bylaw, 1985, No. 2106".
