A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows: :

The Zone Designation of A-1 assigned to the 1.502 ha. area
shown marked "RS=1A" on ag plan showing Proposed boundaries
of zoning of portions of Parcel "6" of Section 6, Block 6,
NR 1E (Reference Plan 58439), New Westminster. District
prepared by Helge Jacobsen & Associates, Proftessiona! B.C.
Land Surveyors and shown on their drawing bearing file no.

$-84-5438-2 is removed and’ the zoning designation RS-1A is
applied.

The Zone Designation of A=! assigned to the 0.755 ha. area
shown marked "P-2" on ag plan showing propesed boundaries of
zoning of portions of Parcel "B" of Section 6, Block 6, NR
1E (Reference Plan 58439), New Westminster District

Land Surveyors and shown on Their drawing bearing tile no.

S$~84=-5438+2 is removed and the zoning designation P-2 js
applied.

The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" js hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

A copy of the plan Showing proposed boundaries of Zoning.
referred to in section i and section 2 is attached to this
bylaw and made a part hereof.

This Bytaw may be cited for al! Purposes as the "City of
Port Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2061",

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci! this 24th day of
September, 1984,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 24th day
of September, 1984,

Public Hearing held this 15th day of October, 1984,
