A Bylaw to authorize the lease on :

The Municipa! Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam hereby
leases unto Brian Leonard the lands described In the Schedule "A" attached hereto
for the period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set out fn
the Lease attached hereto and marked Scheduie "A". .

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are
hereby authorized to sign the said Lease on behalf of the City and to affix the
City's Corporate Seal thereto.

The "Rental Agreement (2420 Mary Hil! Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1984, No. 2033"
is repealed. .

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2420 Mary Hi!)
Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1984, Neo. 2056".
