does not wish to exercise the option to purchase the above.

You are in receipt of a copy of the Interim Contract, and
in connection with our Court Application, we wonder if you would give
us a letter that the City if willing to“Sign the Lease of certain
portions of the Golf Course to the prospective purchasers, Mr. Norman
Burns and Mr. Ralph Williams.
