 "plderman | Laking gave 1 notice “of a motion he “sntended to submit to
the Decenber 8th, (1975 Council meeting with respect to the. request of the
Deparment of Housing to approve the minimum frontage exemption required for
a proposed subdivision of Lets 50 & 51 on Chester Street (pu: -chased by. the
"Department of Righways for a ‘highway widening project) that was denied earlier
this evening as a result of his negetive vote thereon; also, he requested ‘that
a representative from the Department of Highways be in attendance at that time, .
and to this Acting-Mayor Alderman Traboulay agreed." |
