Re: Rezoning Application R#8-72 Legal: Lots 45 & 46, Blk J, D.L. 255, Plan.2106. Address:1795 Morgan Avenue. “Areal: Two 33' X 130.3' lots. ‘Comments: At present, in this area there is a possibility of nine 66' lots left to be constructed on. After some discussion the Committee agreed the 33' lots should be con- solidated to create nine 66' lots and have the applicants participate in the up grading of the water system. The cost to the applicants for their portion of the up grading of the system would be approximately $500.00 to $700.00 per lot. amount requested is only the bare minimum required to cover the cost to up grade the water system. We are aware that a further application is pending on the property known as 1770 Langan Avenue, which might be included in our Public Hearing provided the sub~ division receives an exemption from Section 408 of the Subdivision of Land By-law. Recommendation: The Planning & Zoning Committee recommends to the Municipal Council approval of the rezoning applications R#33~-71 and R#8-72 subject to: 1] the consolidation of the 33' lots to create 66' lots. 2} participation in the up grading of the water system for the area. item II See attached sketch.
