Please use Liriodendron tulpipifera, Quercus Robur Fastigasa or Liquidambar Estyracif lua, Fire Department: Water supply requirements prior to construction. R . Two concerns: both dealing with the underground parking. The drawings do not indicate a security gate for the underground parking lot. Visitor and tenant parking should be separate with at least secure. parking for the tenants. The other concern deals with the design of the locker areas. Both lockers are located close to an exit area and therefore will have to be secured with good dead bolt locks. The entrance for the lockers is somewhat —. isolated because of recess. I feel this isolates the tenant away from the openness of the underground. The recess also allows for a suspect to attempt to break in without being noticed by others in, the underground. Safety is always a factor with the widerground parking lots. Good visibility along with some crime prevention measures will greatly enhance _ the security of the building for years to come.
