A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assempbied, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more

particularly described as:
a) = Lots "C” b) Lots 15 and 16
Block 14 Block 14
District t Lots 289 District Lot 289
roup Group One
Plan 2080 Plan 2080
New Westminster District New Wesuninster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning
Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Byiaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
