GREEMENT - WARNING SIREN NO. 163
DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
(Public Works Comunittee Meeting - October 29, 1991)

That Council authorize his Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the attached
agreement for the Warming Siren No. 163 site located at Patricia Avenue and Cedar Drive.

The Public Works Committee considered the attached letter dated October 8, 1991 from the
Department of National Defense and recommends that Council grant the approval to extend the
existing lease to the Department of National Defense to maintain and operate the Warming Siren
No. 163 located at Patricia and Cedar. This siren can be used in the event of attacks or civil

emergencies.
