That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
14/913 and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document, when
completed, subject to:

a. Completion of Rezoning Application 51/89;
b. Satisfaction of engineering requirements;

Submission of a landscaping plan to the satisfaction of the Parke and
Recreation Department;

The applicant being advised that a Building Code review will be done
at the time of Building Permit application; and

Submission of a design in compliance with the guidelines for
Development Permit Area I, and to the satisfaction of the Director of

Planning.

BACKGROUND s

Rezoning Application 51/89 to rezone the subject properties from A-1 to
M~1 received third reading on November 20, 1989.

The application has been recently reactivated, and revised update drawings
have been submitted.

Development Permit 14/91 complements this rezoning application, and is
required because the property is within "Development Permit Area I".
