REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY ‘TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites individual
Separate tenders for the purchase of the two undernoted properties:

Lot 38 and Lot 39, Block 4, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 2145,
New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.G..

These properties are located at 3253 Seftoa Street and are two 33' x
122" lots. These properties are presently zoned RS—1 (Large Lot Residential).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the
outside “Tender for 3253 Sefton Street Property” and addressed to:

Port Coquitlam, B.C.

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, August 9th, 1996. Any:

tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders
inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale

lL. a) A certified cheque in the amount of $2,000.00 for each lot upon
which a bid is made must accompany each tender as a deposit and
each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a period
of 30 days.

The balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful
‘tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested or the
deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned
no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above. Unless
a tender specifies that in the event the tender is unsuccessful the
cheque is to be held for personal pickup from the City Hall ordinary
mail will be used for return.

No real estate commission of any kind whatsoever will be paid by the
City.
