THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2561

A Bylaw to provide for the adoption of a capital expenditure programme.

WHEREAS Section 266 of the “Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the
Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before the
l5th day of May in each year the Council shall cause to be prepared and adopt
by bylaw a capital expenditure programme for a period of not less than 5
years, showing estimates of the proposed source and application of funds for
capital purposes for each year of the programme;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Cc. cil of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Schedule "A" te this Bylaw shall be the capital expenditure programme of
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the years 1990, 1991,
1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999.

The general expenditure programme contained in Schedule "A" shall remain
in force and effect until a new capital expenditure programme is adopted
in the year 1991.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Capital Expenditure
Programme Bylaw, 1990, No. 2501”.
