I, NWLD Plan 77605 relaxing the following requirements; Development Services Bylaw 2242, Section 13(b) obliging developments to follow public works standards on site. Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 502(3b) Balcony set back requirements from 1.2 meters to 2.5 and Section 808(7) side yard setback requirements from 3.5 meters for windc 7s to 1.8 meters. Carried
