Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 8, District Lot 290. Group One, Plan 1957, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, 8.C., be sold if offers acceptable to Council are received, 2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property for Sale" notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting; 3. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved; 4, The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein. 5. Council reserves the right to accept any offer or to reject all offers if Council in its absolute discretion detennrines that rejection is appropriate." BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Passage of the above noted resolution will permit the individual lots to be offered on an "over the counter" basis for $42,500 each, subject to Council approval of each offer.
