Ze THE CORPORATION OF THE C!TY OF PORT C BYLAW NO. 2228 Nets A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coqultiam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"; AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Offica!} Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Counci! has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan In conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitiam Industrial Development Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District, NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The. designation of "Residential 3" shown on Schedule "Bi of the Official! Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to: (a) Lot "BY" of Block 10 Southeast Quarter of Section 6 Township 40 Plan 5345 EXCEPT the East 297 feet New Westminster District (6) East 297 Feet of Lot "B" Block 16 Southeast Quarter of Section 6 Township 40 Plan 5345 EXCEPT part subdivided by Plan 25576 New Westminster District is removed and the designation "Residential 1" is applied.
