SUBJECT: Consolidation of City Property - Yarmouth Street Area

RESOLUTION:

"That the Reference Plan completed by Robert M. Reese,
B.C.L.S., on the 4th day of November, 1985 consolidating
various properties owned by The Corporation of: the City of Port
Coquitlam at the south foot of Yarmouth Street into a new Lot
"A" containing 3.275 ha. be and the same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
sign the said Subdivision Plan and such other documents as may
be necessary on behalf of the City and to affix the City's
Corporate Seal thereto." :

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

A copy of the plan that would be approved by the resolution set

forth above follows this memorandum. On May 13th, 1985 the.
‘Council instructed that a Zoning Amendment Bylaw be prepared to

rezone this property to RM-3 and after the property

consolidation has been completed this Bylaw will be prepared

and presented to Council.
