A Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies _
in the "Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds". MAY 5 1986

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 985 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 29C,
R.S.B.C., 1979, the Council established Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set aside :.
the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds; .

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Por
Coquitlam in open meeting assembied, enacts as fol lows:

The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respective
Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds to be expended for the following purpos::
