COMMENTS:

“The Strata Council have retained Raymond Letkeman, Architect fo
prepare drawings for their renovations. Those drawings have been
reviewed and meet the City's criteria for providing sufficient off
street parking and emergency vshicte access. As the main criteria for
this application have been met, it Is recommended that a development
permit be used so that the process requirements imposed by the last
two criteria can be carried out, le. pre approval of any building
permit application by the Strata Council. .
