We have tried our utmost toa point out and resolve the
infractions, the owner has not co-operated and does not want to

talk of the infractions.

Io went down te the premises at 3047~3049 York Street and the
Owner did not want to discuss the infractions or how to rectify
them.

If construction proceeds with drywall we will have no. choice
but to issue a stop work order.

The infractions are relatively easy to correct and it is
mandatory to have them corrected.
