. Initially, I thought it might be worth be pursuing a recovery of
our investment in the building, however, in the view of the Restrictive
Covenant where the Municipality is able to purchase the building back in
the future, it would only complicate future transactions, therefore I feel

that the transfer for $1.00 is appropriate and I can support the proposed
transfer.

Would Council please consider approval of this request,
